In total serenity, as early as the age of 4, the snow garden is there to discover skiing in small groups whilst having fun.
Flocon : - Easy Nordic type route.
- Twisting progress and snow-plough turns.
1ère étoile : - Sequence of 7 to 8 basic movements in a smooth style.
2ème étoile : - Technical downhill using basic skiing technique.
- Controlled side-slip.
3ème étoile : - Non-timed slalom using basic techniques.
As an adult, pleasure for everyone !
Into action as soon as day one with individual lessons : per hours or for a day, group lessons for adults.
1er Degré : - Basic skiing on slight slopes.
2ème Degré : - Basic skiing on average slopes.
3ème Degré : - Higher level skiing on steep slopes.
By taking ESF ski tests as a child or adulte :
Your instructor will prepare you for the "podium".

Tests of your technical ability :
Internationally-recognised tests for Alpine skiing, Trace de France for Cross-country skiing.
Time-trial performance tests:
Record "flying kilometre" (KL), Fusée for downhill, Chamois for slalom and Llèche for giant slalom. Your performance in these two latter awards win points in the Skiopen National rankings for ESF participants. Scores are calculated by comparing your times with those estabilshed on the same runs by members of the French National Ski Teams. Ski jumping fanatics will be able win test awards, "saut", too.

All skiers can reach this national ranking. Points are allocated for the Chamois and Arrow tests in alpine skiing and the Hare and Nordic XC tests. For further details consult your ESF school.

An appointment with health, pleasure and tranquility. Away from the marked slopes, here you will find nature still in its will states. The ESF instructors will be your best guides.
